Information clause (registration and information about subsequent editions)

In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No 2016/679 of 27th April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and revoking the provision of Directive 95/46/WE (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 2016 No 119 p. 1) hereafter referred to as the Regulation, inform that:

3.Your personal data will be processed for:

a)organization and implementation of 3nd International Scientific Conference “Central Industrial District as the potential for development and innovation in constructions and technologies of special purpose” by The Faculty of Mechanics and Technology in Stalowa Wola – hereafter referred to as Event – and for the publication of conference materials, in accordance with Article 6, section 1 letter a of Regulation (consent for the processing of personal data);

b)providing electronical services by Administrator, within the meaning of the Act dated 18th July 2002 on Electronic Services (Dz.U. (Journal of Laws) from 2017, item No 1219 with further changes), which consists of sending information by administrator about subsequent editions of Event – on the basis of authorization given separately (Art. 6, Section 1 letter a of Regulation).

4.Data submission is voluntary, but is required for the purposes for which the data were collected. Refusal to submit it (rejection to the processing of personal data) is equivalent to inability of participating in registration process on this Event, and participate in Event, or impossibility to receive information about subsequent editions of Event from Administrator.

5.Recipients of Your data may be co-organizers of the conference: Stalowa Wola City Hall, and also other recipients, in cases resulting from the provisions of law. Data recipient could also be the entity engaged by the data administrator, e.g. IT-service-provider, performing services in the scope of servicing and resolving failures in IT systems.

6.Your personal data will not be passed to the recipient in the third country or international organisation.

7.In case of aim realization - organization and implementation of the Event, your personal data shall be kept for one year, starting from the year following that in which the consent with processing personal data was given, to document this Event or to revoke the basis consent, alternatively for longer period whenever required by the provisions of law. After the expiration of that period, data will be irrevocably deleted or irrevocably anonymised.

8.In case of the purpose aimed at informing about the subsequent editions of the Event, Your personal data will be processed until the revoke of the consent being the basis of the processing or submitting an objection regarding data processing.

9.You have the right to access the content of your data, their correction or limiting its processing and the right to appeal against their processing or to their removal provided that the law regulation allow for it as well as the right to transfer your data to other entity by submitting application to the data administrator about their transfer or sending the appropriate email message for the conference address konferencja_wmt@prz.edu.pl.

10.You have the right to revoke the consent at any time that does not affect the conformity with the processing law which has been performer on the basis of the consent, prior to its withdrawal, subject to the resolutions of law regulations. 

11.You have the right to lodge the complaint to the supervisory organ (i.e. to the General Inspector for the Protection of Personal Data) when you come to the conclusion that processing of your personal data violates the laws of the Regulation.

12.Your data are not to be submitted into automated processes of decision taking (including profiling).
