The conference fee for the participation of one person includes participation in the meeting, conference materials, meals, participation in accompanying events and the cost of accommodation. The conference fee does not include the cost of printing the publication.

It is possible to stay in a single room for an additional fee of PLN 150 gross per night (a limited number of room places, the order of applications decides).
